Fresh, healthy and if possible biological, under the inspiring guidance of chefs Marilyn Lukies and Mohammed Mahraoui an international team of chefs presents an intriguing mix between casual and formal dishes.

At the lunch menu one can find a variation of dishes, from fresh salads, lamb burgers to a selection exquisite tartines. The same fusion between the French and Arabic cuisine can be found on the extensive dinner menu, which shows a variation from oysters with champagne to homemade grilled lamb sausages for starters and a wide range of main courses with extraordinary Moresque and Arabic influences.
